Official Rules:

1. The promotion will begin at 2AM Central on September 8, 2009 and end when the iPhoneism Twitter account reaches 2,000 “followers”.

2. The winner will recieve a $199 iPhone Gift Card that can be used to purchase a brand new iPhone 3GS from the Apple Store. The Prize will be shipped or emailed to the winner within 30 days of the promotion closing date. The winner is responsible for any and all fees associated with activating and using an iPhone. The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with receipt of the Prize. iPhoneism.us reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the Prize is not available for any reason.

3. To enter the promotion, the entrant must “follow” the iPhoneism Twitter account located at the URL http://twitter.com/iphoneism from entrant’s own Twitter account. Entrant must then tweet one or more of the approved tweet. Tweets must remain visible and unprotected during the promotion period. Entrants may sign-up for their own Twitter account at https://twitter.com/signup.

4. One winner will be selected randomly from all the valid entries. iPhoneism.us will notify the winner via a Twitter direct message from the iPhoneism Twitter account. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, he or she will forfeit the Prize and another winner will be randomly chosen.

5. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, enter as often as you like. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

6. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless iPhoneism.us and all owners from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion.
